Upper Body Emphasis Warm Up

This is my warm-up for my upper body days. I still throw in some lower body drills to help improve the bits that I need to work on.

Cat/Camel

Lunge Hip Flexor/Calf Stretch 15s/side

Birddog 8/side

Posterior Shoulder Capsule Stretch 15s/side

Quadruped Thoracic Extension 8/side

T-Pushup 8/side

Dynamic Blackburns 8

Wall Slide 8

Posterior Lunge with Posterolateral Reach 8/side

Wrist Mobilisation

Jim Smith’s Shoulder Warm Up 3/move

  1. DB Retractions
  2. YTWL
  3. L with External Rotation
  4. Scarecrow
  5. Skiers
  6. Rear Delt Flyes

The whole thing should take about 10 minutes
