Lower Body Emphasis Warm Up

This warm up is designed for my lower body days. Mostly lower body activation and mobility drills, but some upper body work as well to iron out some kinks in my shoulders. Should take about 10 minutes

 

Hip Flexor Stretch 15s/side

Posterior Capsule Stretch 15s/side

1-leg Glute Bridge 8/side

Ankle Mobilisation (Z-health drill)

Band-between-knees BW Squats 8

Stand-to-Squat 8

1-leg RDLs 8/side

Pushup Plus 8

OH Band Dislocations 8

Reach, Roll, Lift 8/side
