10 minute Mobility/Rehab Circuit

This is my own mobility/rehab circuit. I made this in order to get my glutes firing better, and to try to rehab my right shoulder pain. I do this 6 days a week.

RKC Arm Bar 30-60s/side

Pec Minor Stretch 30-60s

Lat Stretch with band 30-60s/side

Thoracic Extension

Prone I x12

Prone T x12

Prone Y x12

Scap Pushups x12

Hip Flexor Stretch 30-60s/side

Glute Bridges x20

Groin Adductor Stretch 30-60s
